A lot has changed

So... it's been a long time since the kickstarter.

I've lost about 80 pounds since I backed that, moved 3(!) times, lost a long-term companion.

Nothing about my order is right anymore. I don't live at the shipping address, the belt is 6" too large, one pair of shoes is completely unnecessary. Is there any way to correct all of this?

    Hi @ikanreed, yes all of this can can be taken care of by the support team who are very responsive.They usually get back to you within a couple of days, often sooner. Your shipping address would be confirmed anyway before they deliver anything, and they can alter the belt size. I'm not sure what they'd do about the shoes - maybe they would cancel that part and give you a coupon for something else on the store (like the rack or anything else that gets added later).
