    Just as a point of interest. If you have paypal, and a credit limit of $800+ (to cover the tax) paypal offers a payment option of roughly $40 payments over the course of 18 months, and you don't wind up paying extra as a result. If you're strapped for cash, but still have an income, this is actually a fairly affordable way to cover this particularly hefty purchase. Much appreciated @adalos I had never expected the Vive to go on sale this soon.
