And, MarkH, keep us informed, I'm ready to be your first customer if you can deliver to Saskatchewan for a sane price :).

Surely we can do something like this for all countries?

This will definitely open up a market of people buying and reselling Omni units to the international community once manufacturing is up and running at full speed.

    1) August's blog listed shipment numbers for Sept- 258, Oct- 810, Nov- 1500(est), Dec- 2000(est) [THIS IS CORRECT AND ACCURATE]
    2) Decembers blog listed the inspection and "ship to consumer" rate at 54 per week [THIS IS CORRECT AND ACCURATE]
    3) Neither of these 2 facts conflict with each other because the numbers in point 1 have NEVER HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH SHIPMENTS TO CONSUMERS

Point 2. If all that information was still accurate then shouldn't @CheezWiz have their unit by now as they are backer #40, unless that 54 per week hasn't actually started yet in which case we can't say it is correct and accurate just yet then. .. or maybe CheezWiz already has their Omni and is enjoying it and not telling us yet :O !!! you wouldn't dare do such a thing without updating the community would you Cheez?

Nope, going to have to rearrange my home to make room for it.. Anybody know how much space you need around the sides for gun waving and such? Like what size of square floor space is needed?

  • @CheezWiz - unless the dimensions have been drastically altered, you should be able to fit the Omni into a little over 4ftx4ft square on the floor,(+3-6 inches on each side to be safe) but above waist level, you should clear a diameter of whatever your fingertip to fingertip span is (usually this is about the same as your height) to make sure you don't ram your hands into anything while reaching out for something.
