Anyone else's refund being blown off by Virtuix Support?

I recently decided to cancel my pre-order (due to the non-consumer focus recently announced) and after contacting Virtuix about it, it's now been 8 days since I've received a response (and the initial response was that "we'd look into it". I've sent multiple follow up emails. What gives? Anybody else experiencing this?
