I'm not sure why they would list Battalion 1944 as that game will be TERRIBLE for VR and the Omni as it's not a VR game and you might as well just play BF4 lol.

Just got this information from the VR Apocalypse developer. Exciting stuff peeps :)

Hi Dante. Yes we do have plans to eventually port a version of this game to the Virtuix Omni. In fact, an earlier version of this game was what was shown with Virtuix on ABC's Shark Tank back in 2013. The game is newer game is going to require quite a bit of redesign for the Virtuix interface with Vive controller support in order to fully take advantage of that hardware. However, we are aiming to do the port by the end of 2017 after finalizing the non-Virtuix version.

Thanks @DanteM for this great post and info sharing.

Crisis Action , I have high doubts that this will be supported in our region or they will have any servers outside of china .. probably the game will only be in chinese and with LAN support only. unless they add bots to it. probably gonna be a useless game for all of us.

only exciting game am about is Arizona Sunshine , not sure why you said possibily not happening ? I thought Virtuix send all backers an email confirming its coming !?

also excited for Battalion 1944 , I have exclusive alpha testing next week , ill let you know what I think of the game after I try the alpha , pretty sure the alpha will be multiplayer only , but am guessing the single player experience on the omni can be a great experience.

VR Apocalypse , I dont have any hopes for this game to be honest , 6 reviews in 6 month since release , the game looks pretty dead , and I dont see why would devs would work on it anymore.

Oh I think you misunderstood the formatting, "In process (to be confirmed): (possibly not happening)" is the Header for the 2nd half of the games, the unconfirmed games basically. Such as Battalion 1944, I really don't see it ever getting native support as it's play style just isn't designed for it as far as I know it's not even a VR game is it?

from the alpha footage I saw , it was hardcore multiplayer gameplay .. like really fast jumping and strafing WW2 shooter. I dont think it will be suitable either .. but I wonder if single player might have VR then it might be a good idea !

Hi everyone! I just want to re-iterate that not all games on the list shown are confirmed (as mentioned in the post) and until we can confirm them, these games may never have full Omni compatibility. We'll confirm any new native Omni games via our newsletter and updates to the site.
